Data Retention, Disposal and Return¶

Jaspersoft is committed to retaining personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as outlined in this Data Privacy Document, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We retain data collected through our Telemetry program for the duration of our active customer relationship. This means we will keep your information for as long as you maintain an active Jaspersoft license or account with us. Beyond the active customer relationship, we may retain data for a limited period:

1. as long as we have a legitimate business need, such as for internal analytics, historical performance monitoring, or to protect our legal rights

2. to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, including applicable statute of limitation periods

Once the retention period expires, or when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, we will securely dispose of it through appropriate measures. This includes permanent deletion, anonymization, or other methods designed to prevent unauthorized access or reconstruction of the data. We ensure that our sub processors and third-party vendors adhere to similar secure disposal practices.
